# SEO, Authority & Outreach Specialist

## About Us

We are a fast-growing digital health company building and growing consumer health brands. We’re looking for an SEO specialist who enjoys finding opportunities, improving organic visibility, building authority, and reaching out to websites, creators, and partners.

This is a hands-on role for someone who likes both SEO and outreach — not someone who only runs reports.

## Work Schedule & Compensation

* **Location:** Remote – Philippines
* **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, typically **2:00 PM–12:00 AM Philippine Time**
* **Compensation:** Approximately **$900 USD per month based on working the full schedule**
* **Payment:** Paid twice per month via Wise
* **Time Off:** 12 paid days off per year
* Long-term position with opportunities to grow as the marketing team expands

## Role Overview

You’ll help grow our organic search presence and online authority across our brands.

Your work will include hands-on SEO improvements, keyword and competitor research, backlink and guest-post outreach, reputation monitoring, digital PR opportunities, and finding new websites, communities, creators, and partnerships that can help grow the brands.

You’ll work closely with our content team and marketing supervisor.

## Key Responsibilities

* Perform on-page SEO improvements across existing website content
* Research keywords, search trends, competitors, and new content opportunities
* Identify pages that should be updated, expanded, or better optimized
* Find and pursue quality backlink and guest-post opportunities
* Conduct outreach to relevant websites, publishers, newsletters, and partners
* Monitor backlinks, brand mentions, lost links, and opportunities for link reclamation
* Help identify digital PR and expert contribution opportunities
* Monitor reviews, Reddit, forums, and other online conversations around our brands and industry
* Help manage citations, profiles, directories, and other offsite brand assets
* Research potential influencers, affiliates, creators, and partnership opportunities
* Maintain organized outreach and opportunity pipelines
* Track results and identify new SEO and authority-building opportunities
* Use AI and modern research tools to work faster, improve research, and increase the quality of your work

## Requirements

* Experience with SEO, link building, outreach, or digital marketing
* Good understanding of on-page and off-page SEO
* Strong research skills and attention to detail
* Strong written English and professional communication skills
* Comfortable reaching out to websites, publishers, creators, and potential partners
* Able to stay organized while managing multiple outreach opportunities and follow-ups
* Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of results
* Interested in learning and testing new SEO and marketing strategies
* Comfortable using AI tools as part of your everyday workflow

## Experience That Is a Plus

Experience with any of the following is helpful, but you do not need to know everything:

* Google Search Console
* Ahrefs or Semrush
* WordPress
* Google Analytics
* Link-building and outreach tools
* Reddit and online community research
* Guest posting or digital PR
* Influencer or affiliate outreach
* Local SEO and citation management
