JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview

We are a growing SEO agency specialising in real estate and property companies worldwide.

We are looking for a detail-oriented SEO Analyst to join our team full-time and help analyse, improve, and scale SEO performance across multiple client websites.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analysing data, identifying ranking opportunities, and supporting SEO strategy execution.

You will work closely with our SEO team to review websites, analyse rankings and competitors, and identify clear opportunities for growth.

This is a long-term position with room to grow within the team.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

SEO Analysis

• Conduct SEO audits (technical, on-page, content, and backlink profile)
• Identify ranking opportunities and weaknesses across client websites
• Analyse competitor websites and search results

Keyword & Content Analysis

• Perform keyword research and keyword clustering
• Map keywords to existing or new pages
• Identify missing content opportunities

Performance Monitoring

• Track keyword rankings and organic visibility
• Analyse Google Search Console and traffic data
• Identify pages losing or gaining rankings

Technical SEO Review

• Identify indexing issues
• Spot broken links, redirects, and technical errors
• Review page structure and internal linking

Reporting

• Prepare simple SEO reports and insights for the team
• Highlight opportunities, risks, and quick wins

Typical tools used:
• Ahrefs
• Google Search Console
• Google Analytics
• Screaming Frog (or similar)
• Excel / Google Sheets

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 2+ years experience in SEO
• Understands on-page, off-page, and technical SEO fundamentals
• Is comfortable analysing websites and competitors
• Has experience using Ahrefs or similar SEO tools
• Can work independently and communicate clearly in English
• Is highly organised and detail-oriented

Bonus (not required):
• Experience with WordPress
• Experience working with agencies
• Experience with real estate or property websites

Strong analytical ability and research skills are key for SEO analysts when evaluating website performance and identifying ranking opportunities.

Working Hours

Full Time
Monday – Friday

Working hours aligned with UK time zone (partially overlapping).
