JOB OVERVIEW

SEO & Affiliate Operations Manager — Gold IRA Niche (Attorney-Led US Site)

Salary: $650/month starting, with clear path to $1,200+/month based on performance
Performance Bonus: Up to $200/month additional based on KPIs (traffic, rankings, conversions)
Hours: 8 hours/day, Monday to Friday
Time Zone: Flexible, but 2–3 hours overlap with Israel time (GMT+3) required
Long-term: This is a long-term role. We are building a 7-figure business and want someone who grows with us.

ABOUT US

We are Elite Asset Shield ( ---------- ), a US-focused affiliate content site in the Gold IRA and Crypto IRA niche. The site is led by a licensed attorney specializing in international asset protection. Our target audience is US investors aged 50+ with significant retirement assets.

We are entering an aggressive growth phase with a clear 12–18 month roadmap to $1M ARR through organic SEO, email, and YouTube. We have the strategy, budget, and systems. We need an execution partner.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You are NOT a general VA. You are a specialist who has done this before. If you have not personally managed the growth of an affiliate or content site, please do not apply.

You have:

- 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in finance, legal, or other YMYL niches
- Proven portfolio of websites you have helped grow (we will ask for URLs and specific metrics)
- Strong English writing and editing skills (American English)
- Working knowledge of: WordPress, Rank Math or Yoast, Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs or SEMrush, Surfer SEO
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Beehiiv, ConvertKit, or similar)
- Experience coordinating with freelance writers (hiring, briefing, editing, paying)
- Experience with backlink outreach: HARO/Connectively, guest posts, digital PR
- Excellent organizational skills — you can run ClickUp or Notion boards and produce weekly reports without being asked twice

Bonus points for:

- Direct experience in Gold IRA, precious metals, or retirement finance niches
- YouTube channel operations experience
- Basic HTML/CSS for WordPress tweaks
- Canva or basic Photoshop for featured images

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Weekly responsibilities:

- Manage the editorial pipeline: brief writers, review drafts, run SEO optimization in Surfer, publish to WordPress
- Coordinate 10–15 HARO/Connectively submissions per week (attorney writes responses, you handle dispatch and tracking)
- Send 10+ guest post pitches per week to DR 40+ finance sites
- Manage weekly newsletter: draft in our voice, get attorney approval, schedule, track performance
- Monitor Google Search Console for ranking changes, opportunities, and issues
- Produce a Monday morning weekly report using our exact format (provided)
- Respond to reader emails using approved templates
- Track all affiliate conversions across 8+ programs and reconcile against analytics

Monthly responsibilities:

- Hire and onboard new writers as we scale (2–4 writers to manage by month 3)
- Run monthly technical SEO audit
- Update and maintain the comparison pages and review articles as offers change
- Identify 3–5 new keyword opportunities from competitor analysis

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Month 3:
- 30+ high-quality articles published
- 500+ email subscribers
- 10+ backlinks from DR 40+ sites

Month 6:
- 60+ articles ranking in top 50
- 3,000+ email subscribers
- First $5K+ month in affiliate revenue

Month 12:
- Site traffic above 50K monthly sessions
- 15,000+ email subscribers
- Monthly revenue above $30K

When we hit these milestones, your compensation scales. This is not a vague promise — we will put the specific triggers in writing in your contract.
