SEO & AI Search Manager - Build Our Whole Channel (Long-Term)

Remote - work from anywhere in the Philippines. Full-time, long-term role. Salary well above local market rates, based on experience and proof of results.

We make supplements the way they should be made. 100+ products, our own factory in the UK, no white-labelling, no nasties added. So we make, we pack, we store and ship every order. 1 million customers and nearing 3 million orders shipped within the next month.

The industry is full of underdosed rubbish in fancy packaging marketed by fake UGC and or the latest influencers/celebs. They do nothing apart from the marketing.

We're the opposite in every way. Our products do the talking.

Now we're taking that to the next level. When anyone in the UK asks Google, Claude, ChatGPT, etc., about a herb or vitamin, what it does, how much to take, which one to buy, we intend to be the answer.

Search rankings and AI search (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) are the future of online business, and we're looking for the right person to build this out for us.

We need one person to own it all. Technical SEO, content, structured data, AI search. You build the machine with your own hands, then hire your own team to scale it. You report straight to the owner. This is a stable, long-term position working directly for the company, not project work, not an agency contract.

You're the right person if:

You've done this before and can prove it. You've personally taken a brand's organic channel from small to serious, hands-on at the keyboard, not pointing from a deck. You've built content systems, fixed the technical problems yourself, and the traffic and revenue graphs exist to show it.

AI search is our number one focus.

You don't need managing. You set your priorities, hit your numbers, and raise problems before anyone else spots them. Health/wellness niches or another regulated category is a big plus.

If your track record is doing SEO tasks from a client's checklist, or managing agencies and presenting strategies that other people execute, this isn't for you.
