JOB OVERVIEW

nsure all manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently by closely monitoring how employees organize their workflows.
Major responsibility: Supervising the supervisors of each department.
Three years of experience in a manufacturing environment required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build effective teams.
Demonstrated ability to lead people and achieve results through others.
Ability to plan ahead and develop action plans for a 30-day time span to achieve results.
Supervise the effective functioning of production personnel, prepare efficient production schedules, and ensure compliance with all company policies.
Strong quality orientation and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Must be amenable to working six days a week.
