# ? SENIOR E-COMMERCE CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST — COMMSLAYER EXPERT ONLY | $600/MONTH + PERFORMANCE-BASED GROWTH
**READ THIS ENTIRE POST BEFORE APPLYING.**
We are NOT looking for an average customer service representative.
We are NOT looking for someone who simply answers
**WE ARE LOOKING FOR A LION.**
Someone who takes ownership. Someone who thinks independently. Someone who understands business, protects the company's interests, solves problems, and delivers customer service at an exceptionally high level.
Someone who wants to grow, take on responsibility, and become a key part of a company that is building something big.
If you need constant supervision, do the bare minimum, or see customer service as nothing more than a paycheck, this position is NOT for you.
But if you are experienced, intelligent, organized, proactive, ambitious, and hungry to grow, keep reading.
**IMPORTANT: You MUST have hands-on experience with Comslayer and e-commerce customer service to apply. We are not hiring beginners for this position.**
## ? WHO WE ARE
We are a rapidly growing e-commerce company that has been operating for over two years. We specialize in men's fashion, including clothing, shoes, belts, and accessories.
We have ambitious goals and a clear vision for where we want to take this business. We are building a serious operation and want exceptional people who want to be part of that journey.
Our customer service team works through **Commslayer and
We also communicate directly with our suppliers to report product defects, identify recurring quality issues, and improve the products we sell.
We believe customer service is one of the most important parts of an online business.
It can protect a company's reputation, build customer loyalty, prevent unnecessary financial losses, and make the difference between a business that struggles and one that grows sustainably.
**We don't want merely acceptable customer service. We want EXCEPTIONAL customer service.**
And we want someone who understands how to deliver it.
## ? THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR
### 1. You are an experienced Comslayer professional
This is a non-negotiable requirement.
You must have genuine, hands-on experience using Comslayer for e-commerce customer service.
You should already understand how to manage customer conversations, organize cases, follow up on outstanding issues, and handle customer requests efficiently.
We are not looking to teach someone how customer service works or how to use the platform.
If you have never worked with Comslayer, please DO NOT APPLY.
### 2. You understand refunds, chargebacks, and protecting the business
This is one of the most important parts of this position.
You understand that customer service is not simply about keeping every customer happy at any cost. It is about finding the right solution for the customer while protecting the legitimate interests of the company.
You understand the financial impact of refunds, chargebacks, payment disputes, poor communication, and unresolved complaints.
You know how to investigate a customer's problem before recommending a resolution.
You understand the difference between a justified refund and an avoidable refund. You know when to offer a replacement, when to investigate further, when to escalate an issue, and when a refund is the right decision.
You understand that denying legitimate refunds or treating customers unfairly can create even bigger financial problems.
We need someone who can balance customer satisfaction with sound business judgment.
**Our objective is to provide outstanding customer service, resolve problems fairly, prevent avoidable refunds and chargebacks, and protect the long-term financial health of the business.**
We do not want someone who automatically refunds everyone because it is the easiest solution. We also do not want someone who refuses refunds simply to protect a metric.
We want someone who knows how to make the RIGHT decision.
### 3. You are a problem solver, not a script reader
When something goes wrong, we want you to think.
A customer is angry about a delayed order. What do you do?
A customer requests a refund for a product issue. How do you investigate?
A customer threatens a chargeback. How do you approach the situation?
A recurring issue is generating unnecessary complaints. How do you identify the cause and prevent it from happening again?
We want someone who evaluates situations, considers different solutions, communicates professionally, and takes ownership until the problem is resolved.
We value people who bring solutions instead of simply reporting problems.
You must be comfortable making sound decisions independently within company policies and knowing when an issue requires escalation.
### 4. You understand what truly exceptional customer service looks like
Good customer service is not just saying "sorry for the inconvenience."
Exceptional customer service means understanding the customer's actual problem, communicating clearly, responding promptly, setting realistic expectations, and following through on every commitment.
It means being empathetic without losing professional judgment.
It means de-escalating difficult situations without making promises you cannot keep.
It means knowing when to stand firm, when to offer alternatives, when to escalate, and when the company needs to take responsibility for a mistake.
It means making customers feel heard while ensuring that every decision is reasonable, fair, and consistent with company policy.
**We want someone who takes pride in delivering a customer experience that is genuinely better than what customers expect.**
### 5. You take ownership without waiting to be told what to do
We do not want someone who needs a manager to identify every problem.
If a customer case remains unresolved, you follow up.
If you notice a mistake, you address it.
If you identify a recurring product complaint, you document and report it.
If you discover a process that wastes time or creates unnecessary refunds, you propose a better way.
If something is going wrong, you do not ignore it or assume somebody else will take care of it.
You take responsibility, communicate clearly, and make sure things get done.
We want someone who thinks like an owner and understands that the quality of their work directly affects the business.
### 6. You are exceptionally organized
Customer service becomes expensive when cases are forgotten, follow-ups are missed, and information is poorly documented.
You must know how to organize a high volume of conversations without sacrificing quality.
You should be comfortable using Google Sheets to track cases, document issues, maintain accurate records, and ensure pending matters are followed through.
You pay attention to details.
You keep your work organized.
You know what needs to be done, what is still pending, and what requires immediate attention.
We should not have to chase you for updates or remind you to complete your responsibilities.
### 7. You care about product quality and continuous improvement
We work directly with our suppliers to report product issues and improve quality control.
Customer service provides valuable information about what is happening with the products we sell.
If several customers complain about the same sizing problem, defective item, or misleading product detail, we need to know.
We want someone who can recognize patterns, document recurring complaints, communicate them clearly, and help us identify the underlying problems.
Your role is not just to handle individual complaints. It is also to help prevent the same complaints from happening repeatedly.
### 8. You are ambitious, energetic, and driven to grow
We are building a company with a long-term vision.
We want people who are excited about improving, taking on responsibility, solving difficult problems, and becoming better at what they do.
We want someone who brings energy to their work, looks for ways to improve, and takes genuine pride in their contribution.
Someone who wants to build a career rather than simply collect a paycheck.
Someone who understands that the company is growing and that there will be opportunities for people who consistently demonstrate exceptional performance.
We are not looking for someone who wants to remain in the same place forever.
**We want ambitious people who see an opportunity to grow with us and are willing to earn that opportunity through their work.**
