Senior Customer Support Specialist (Fashion Dropshipping)
We are looking for a Senior Customer Support Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Freshdesk / Gorgias / Zendesk and high-volume fashion dropshipping environments to support our growing Shopify stores.
This is a senior role! We are specifically looking for someone who already has deep experience working inside structured
Our stores operate in a Google-driven fashion dropshipping model, which requires fast, organized, and highly structured customer support operations.
Responsibilities
• Handle and manage high-volume customer support tickets
• Work within
• Maintain clear and consistent customer communication
• Help improve support workflows and documentation
• Identify recurring issues and escalate operational insights to the team
Mandatory Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with
• Experience working with fashion dropshipping e-commerce stores
• Experience supporting Google-driven fashion dropshipping stores
• Experience handling high ticket volumes in e-commerce environments
