ABOUT TEXAS APARTMENT FINDS
We are a fast-growing apartment locating company based in Austin, Texas. We help clients find their perfect apartment for free — the apartments pay us a referral commission every time a client signs a lease. We are on an aggressive path to $50,000 per month in closed leases and we need a closer who is hungry enough to help us get there.

This is a performance culture. Your base pay is just the floor. The real money is in the bonuses. The more leases we close the more you earn. There is no ceiling for the right person.

THE ROLE
You are not a customer service rep. You are not an admin. You are a pipeline owner and a closer.

Your one job is to move every single lead from inquiry to signed lease. You will own the pipeline inside GoHighLevel, build curated property lists, book tours, follow up relentlessly, overcome every objection, and push clients across the finish line. You treat every lead like a deal on the table because that is exactly what it is.

Our business runs on closed leases. Closed leases run on you.

WHAT YOU WILL DO EVERY SINGLE SHIFT
• Open your pipeline first — identify every lead that needs action and take it immediately
• Send curated property lists to clients based on their budget, timeline, and preferences
• Follow up with every lead from Facebook Marketplace and social media with urgency
• Book tours and confirm appointments
• Follow up after every tour — overcome objections, answer questions, push to apply
• Chase every application to approved status and every approval to lease signed
• Post 5 Facebook Marketplace listings per shift to drive inbound leads
• Keep your pipeline clean, tagged, and up to date in GHL at all times
• Submit a detailed end of shift report daily— pipeline updates, leads moved, leases closed
• Occasionally jump on a call when a client needs a human touch

• 5 closed leases per month minimum — scaling to 25+ as we grow

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Non Negotiable:
• GoHighLevel (GHL) experience OR strong CRM experience in Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, or similar — you must be able to learn GHL fast
• Proven sales, closing, or pipeline management experience — tell us what you closed and how
• Pipeline obsessed mindset — you think in stages, follow up cadence, and conversion rates
• Strong written English — your client communication must be sharp, warm, and professional
• Self directed — you assess, d ---------- , and act without waiting for permission
• Detail oriented — you read everything. You miss nothing.

Strong Green Flags:
• MLS, property management, or real estate platform experience
• Apartment leasing, property management, or real estate sales background
• Experience leading or coaching a sales team
• BPO sales or outbound sales experience
• You have hit or exceeded a quota before and you can prove it

SCHEDULE
10AM – 2PM CST or 2PM – 5PM CST Monday through Friday
Part-time to start with a clear path to full-time as volume grows

COMPENSATION
• Base: $3–$6/hr USD based on experience
• Performance bonuses: up to $2,000/month based on closed leases and tea ---------- trics
• The more leases we close the more you earn — no ceiling
• Our target is $50,000/month in closed leases — be the reason we get there
