Type: Full-Time
Remote Schedule: Pacific Time (PST), Monday – Friday
(Possibility of paid weekend overtime or slide shifts)

We are hiring an experienced, self-driven Commercial Insurance Quote Agent who can hit the ground running with minimal supervision. If you have a solid background in commercial insurance, high self-accountability, and a drive for continuous self-improvement, this role is built for you.

- What We’re Looking For: Heavy Commercial Insurance Background: Proven experience in rating, assessing risk, and generating accurate commercial insurance quotes.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clear details and efficiently touch base with carriers over the phone.
- Plug-and-Play Reliability: Exceptional work ethic, strong attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently with minimal training required.
- High Performer Mindset: Proactive, ownership-driven, and continuously looking for ways to refine your process and boost performance.
- Technical & Remote Work Requirements
- Hardware: Own PC/Laptop with a minimum of 16GB RAM and a dedicated noise-canceling headset.
- Reliability Backups: Active backup internet connection and power backup (UPS/generator) to guarantee uninterrupted workflow.
- Communication: Comfortable on Google Meet and taking calls, with adherence to an occasional open-camera policy.

Key Responsibilities
Independently process, review, and accurately quote commercial insurance applications.
Directly contact carriers via phone and email to follow up on quotes, clarify policy guidelines, and ensure smooth processing.
Manage client accounts, policy details, and quoting inquiries with high efficiency and minimal oversight.
Consistently seek opportunities to sharpen your product knowledge and workflow skills.
