JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly experienced SEMrush expert to fully operate and execute SEO strategy using our existing SEMrush subscription.

This is NOT a beginner role. You must be able to independently use SEMrush at an intermediate and or advance level and drive real business results.

Our client is a fast-growing commercial lighting e-commerce company, and your job will be to use SEMrush to uncover opportunities, create strategy, and execute ongoing SEO improvements.

You will be working directly with management and will play a critical role in growing organic traffic and revenue.

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for operating SEMrush and executing the following:

Core SEMrush Execution

• Full SEMrush site audits and technical issue identification
• Keyword research for high-value commercial lighting products
• Competitor analysis and opportunity discovery
• Keyword gap analysis vs competitors
• Backlink analysis and link opportunity identification
• Position tracking and ongoing monitoring
• Identifying pages with highest revenue potential

Strategy & Execution

• Identify keywords with strongest revenue opportunity
• Recommend new pages, content, and optimizations
• Identify quick wins and long-term growth strategy
• Create clear action plans based on SEMrush data

Reporting

• Weekly summary of findings and opportunities
• Clear communication of recommendations
• Ongoing tracking of progress and improvements

Requirements

You MUST have:

• Extensive hands-on experience using SEMrush
• Proven experience working on e-commerce SEO
• Strong understanding of keyword strategy
• Strong understanding of competitor analysis
• Strong analytical ability

Preferred:

• Experience working with Shopify or Amazon businesses
• Experience working with product-based companies
• Experience in technical SEO
