About Us
StoryGen (storygen.agency) is a fast-growing B2B lead generation agency that builds and manages outbound sales teams for our clients. Our specialty is cold calling, supported by tight operations, automations, and AI-driven tools.
Behind every high-performing BDR team is strong onboarding, structured training, and consistent coaching. That’s where you come in.
About the Role
As an Operations Associate for BDR Training and Enablement, you will be responsible for onboarding new Business Development Representatives (BDRs), training them on cold calling frameworks, and ensuring they are fully prepared to book and hold qualified meetings for our clients.
This role is performance-focused. Your success will be measured by how quickly new BDRs ramp, how consistently they execute scripts and processes, and how effectively they book and hold meetings.
You will work closely with BDRs, Account Managers, and leadership to ensure consistent performance standards across the team.
This role is ideal for someone confident in coaching others, comfortable leading training sessions, and passionate about developing people even if your experience comes from school, internships, or volunteer work.

2. Call Coaching & Performance Development
Listen to call recordings and provide constructive feedback
Coach BDRs/Cold Callers on objection handling, tonality, confidence, and structure
Reinforce script adherence while improving personalization and delivery
Identify skill gaps and develop improvement plans
Work with underperforming BDRs to improve booking and hold rates
Ensure consistency in call quality across the team
3. Training Materials & Documentation Development
Develop and update training materials for BDR/Cold Caller onboarding
Create structured training guides, call frameworks, and objection-handling resources
Maintain updated script libraries and best-practice documents
Improve onboarding documentation as processes evolve
Build repeatable training systems that shorten ramp time
4. Continuous Improvement & Team Enablement
Collaborate with leadership on improving training systems
Support implementation of AI call review tools and coaching workflows
Identify recurring performance trends and recommend improvements
Help build a scalable BDR/Cold Caller training framework as the team grows
