We are a SaaS platform and provide an innovative solution for sole traders to manage their taxes effortlessly. We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our sales team and help us expand our reach. We're offering generous KPI bonuses in additional to the monthly bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers.
- Present and promote our products and services to potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Follow up on leads and build strong relationships with prospects.
- Handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Provide feedback to the sales team and management on customer preferences and trends.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken English with a clear, professional, and friendly telephone manner.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a cold calling environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
