About the role
We’re leading the effort to help our client hire SDRs/BDRs to build outbound pipeline for US-based MSP clients. You’ll be on the front lines: primarily making outbound calls (roughly 50–100 per day), plus sending follow-up
You will be part of a community of SDRs. You will have coaching and support from other people who are doing the same job. If you are someone who wants to grow your sales skill this is a job for you.
Duties & Responsibilities
What you’ll do
Use our playbooks and CRM to work targeted prospect lists, run structured call blocks, and follow a consistent follow-up cadence. You’ll qualify prospects against clear criteria, handle common objections, and convert interest into scheduled meetings for our clients’ closers. You’ll log activity, notes, and outcomes with discipline, and you’ll take coaching to improve talk tracks, tonality, and conversion rates week over week.
