JOB OVERVIEW

Hi, I run a Medicare insurance agency in the US called The T65 Team. We help people who are turning 65 pick their Medicare plan.

We already have people asking us for information every day. I need someone reliable on the phone calling them back, confirming they are still interested, and either booking them onto our agent's calendar or transferring the call live to a licensed agent.

This is not cold calling. Every person you call already filled out a form asking us to contact them.

What you will do every day:

Call the day's warm leads using the power dialer we provide
Confirm basic info and interest using the script we give you
Book the appointment, or transfer the call live to an agent when one is available
Send follow up texts and leave voicemails for the ones who do not answer
Update the CRM after every call so nothing gets missed
Work the call back list for people who asked us to try again later

What I am looking for:

Clear, easy to understand spoken English. Older Americans need to understand you easily
Patient and friendly. Never pushy. These are seniors and many are confused about Medicare
Reliable computer, noise cancelling headset, and stable internet
A quiet place to work with no background noise, roosters, or family in the room
Can commit to US Eastern hours every day
Able to follow the script exactly, since this industry is regulated
Previous calling, appointment setting, or customer service experience is a big plus

What I provide:

The CRM and the power dialer, fully paid by me. You spend nothing
Warm leads loaded and ready every morning
Full script, objection handling, and training before you start dialing
Direct Slack access to me and the team if you need help
Long term work. I am looking for someone to grow with us, not a one month gig
