About Us
Elecsol Electrical is a solar and electrical contracting business based in Melbourne, Australia, servicing builders, strata managers, and commercial clients across solar, battery, and general electrical work.

The Role
We're looking for a motivated, reliable Sales Support / Cold Caller to work directly alongside our Energy Consultant, generating and booking qualified quotes with commercial and industrial businesses.

This is a full-time, remote role (8 hours/day) working Australian business hours.

What You'll Do
- Cold call and email prospective commercial and industrial businesses to generate leads
- Book qualified site-visit quotes directly into our sales rep's calendar
- Provide general day-to-day support to the sales rep as needed
- Check in at the start and end of each day, and notify before taking lunch

Who We're Looking For
- Confident, clear English communicator (phone and email)
- Comfortable with outbound cold calling — previous cold calling or telesales experience preferred
- Self-motivated and able to hit monthly targets with minimal supervision
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet space to make calls

Target Market
Factories and commercial/industrial buildings only — no residential.

Pay & Performance
- $5 AUD/hour, 8 hours/day
- $300 AUD bonus for booking 10 qualified quotes in a calendar month
- Minimum of 3 booked quotes per month required to retain the role
