About the Role
We are looking for a confident and results oriented Sales Representative who can connect with people, build trust, and turn conversations into paying customers. You will represent a reputable power washing company, engage with both new and existing clients, understand their needs, and present our services as the best solution. In this role, you will help homeowners and businesses maintain their properties while driving revenue and building long-term relationships.
This position requires discipline, consistency, professionalism, and real accountability. You will work closely with your manager, follow guidance, check in regularly, and keep them updated on progress. We need someone dependable who respects the team structure and can be relied on to actively reach out to potential clients as part of growing our customer base.
What You Will Do
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Become fully knowledgeable about our power washing services and service areas• Identify prospective customers, generate leads, and convert inquiries into bookings
• Reach out to customers to understand their needs and recommend the right service package• Communicate clearly how our services solve real homeowner and business problems
• Answer questions, handle objections, and instill confidence in our services
• Prepare quotes, discuss pricing, and assist with closing bookings
• Maintain organized client records and follow-ups in our CRM
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth scheduling and great customer experiences
What We Expect From You
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Confident, professional, and respectful phone presence
• Ability to listen, understand needs, and present solutions clearly
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable working with performance targets
• Sales experience preferred (home services or appointment setting is a plus)
• Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work independently while keeping management informed

• Ability to work Pennsylvania / Eastern Time hours
