SDR / Appointment Setter (Cold Calling) – Freight & Logistics
Remote | Full-Time
$5/hour + Performance Bonuses

BP Freight is a rapidly growing Unishippers franchise providing LTL, Truckload, Small Parcel, Drayage, and International Shipping solutions to businesses across the United States.
We're looking for highly motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who enjoy cold calling, can handle objections confidently, and are driven by performance and incentives.
If you enjoy speaking with business owners and turning cold calls into qualified sales appointments, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities
• Make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective business customers
• Identify shipping opportunities and qualify prospects
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team
• Accurately update CRM after every interaction
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs
• Work closely with Sales Leadership to improve call performance
• Participate in coaching sessions and implement feedback

Minimum Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of outbound cold calling or appointment-setting experience
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Comfortable making 120+ outbound calls per day
• Strong objection-handling skills
• Reliable internet connection and quiet home office
• Ability to work independently while remaining coachable

Preferred Qualifications
• Freight, logistics, transportation, or supply chain sales experience
• Life insurance or B2B outbound sales experience
• Experience using Salesforce, ---------- , HubSpot, or similar CRM systems
• Experience using RingCentral or other VoIP dialers

Compensation
• $5/hour
• $1 for every qualified appointment attended by the prospect
• $15 for every new customer successfully onboarded
• Performance bonuses available for consistently exceeding KPIs

Performance Expectations
Successful SDRs are expected to:
• Make 120+ outbound calls per day
• Meet daily activity KPIs
• Consistently book qualified appointments
• Maintain a high appointment show rate
• Follow company scripts while effectively handling objections
• Continuously improve through coaching and feedback
Performance will be reviewed after the first 30 days and every two weeks thereafter. Continued employment will be based on meeting agreed-upon KPIs and demonstrating measurable improvement.
