SALES DEVELOPMENT & ACCOUNT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9 AM–5 PM U.S. Eastern Time | $8–$10/hour + Bonuses

We're a growing U.S.-based IT recycling and data destruction company hiring an experienced, highly organized professional to support our sales team and help manage recurring client/account work.

This is not entry-level. You need 2+ years of B2B sales support, CRM administration, account coordination, or lead-generation experience with U.S. clients.

You also need to be comfortable using AI tools as part of your daily work. We actively look for ways to automate repetitive administrative tasks rather than keep doing them manually.

What you'll do:

Make outbound B2B calls to U.S. decision-makers; qualify prospects and book sales meetings
Keep Zoho CRM clean, accurate, and current
Support client project scheduling, reporting, follow-up, and recurring account tasks
Help prepare and organize data for monthly client reporting
Use AI tools to improve research, reporting, follow-up, and repetitive admin work

Schedule requirement: You must be available to work Monday through Friday, 9 AM–5 PM U.S. Eastern Time.

Bonus structure — paid on qualified, held meetings only:

1–5/month: $30 each
6–9/month: $40 each
10+/month: $50 each

Hitting a tier raises all qualified meetings that month to the higher rate.
Example: 10 held meetings = $500 bonus.
