JOB OVERVIEW

Work From Home. Buying form Sellers who Want to Sell.
Hourly + Commission + Bonuses

This is NOT a basic Sales VA or admin role.
This is a real sales closer position for someone who is hungry, coachable, and wants to earn serious money long-term, not just collect hours.

If you enjoy chat-based selling, following a proven system, and building repeat relationships that pay you month after month — read carefully.

ABOUT THE ROLE
You are not selling an expensive product.
You are the buyer.
Every day, hundreds of people online are actively looking to sell, and we pay the highest prices, so it’s an easy choice. They are already motivated. They are already searching for someone trustworthy, professional, and reliable.
That’s you.
There is no cold calling and no pressure selling.
If a seller is difficult or uncooperative:
• You do not argue
• You do not chase
• You move on to the next seller
There are endless sellers online. It’s their loss — not yours.

PAY, COMMISSIONS & INCOME GROWTH
• $4.00 USD/hour after training
• Bonuses on every completed sale
• Big Monthly performance bonuses

IMPORTANT (READ THIS)
Top performers in this role realistically earn ?75,000–?125,000+ PHP/month within 60–90 days by building repeat sellers — without cold calling or pressure selling.

Many sellers receive extra supplies every month.
When they trust you, they come back to you again and again.
This means:
• You are not starting from zero every day on your bonuses.
• You build a personal book of sellers
• Your past work continues to pay you
This creates residual-style monthly income before you even start your shift.

TRAINING & SUPPORT
Weeks 1–2

Your job is to work the system consistently.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Send 30+ messages per hour (minimum ~200/day) (cut and paste a proven script easily achieved)
• Respond to sellers on Facebook, Marketplace, Craigslist, etc. by SMS
• Follow up hot leads inside our system
• Negotiate purchases we offer the best prices-in-industry, sellers want to sell to us.

o Better deals = higher commissions
• Take inbound calls from motivated sellers

• After agreement:
o Schedule a local pickup, OR
o Send a free mailing kit and monitor delivery
• Add sellers into G oHigh Level CRM
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports
