About the Role

We are hiring a Sales Closer / Setter Hybrid to handle inbound leads only. All prospects:

Book appointments

Complete intake surveys

Are actively seeking business funding

No cold calling.

Your role is to contact scheduled leads, review their business goals, underwrite their personal credit profile, and build strong value around our funding offer.

Daily Responsibilities

Call inbound leads who have booked appointments

Conduct minimum of 150 outbound dials per day (non-negotiable)

Review and analyze personal credit reports

Underwrite clients for funding eligibility

Explain our 0% business funding strategy

Set qualified appointments for closers or close deals yourself

Follow up with prospects inside GoHighLevel

Update CRM notes, pipelines, and tasks daily

Compensation & Growth

Base Pay: $1,000 USD per month

Pay Schedule: Paid on the 1st and 15th of every month

Bonuses & Commissions:

Tiered commissions on deals you personally close

Tiered commissions on deals closed from your sets

$500 bonus for every 10 clients you set that close in a month

Requirements (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

Proven experience in business funding or lending

Experience with 0% credit card stacking and/or personal loans

Strong understanding of U.S. credit profiles

Fluent in GoHighLevel (required)

Ability to maintain 150+ dials per day

Excellent English (spoken and written)

Confident on the phone with U.S.-based clients

Strong objection handling and communication skills

Stable internet and professional work environment
