About us

We're a small UK business that buys 1st class postage stamps in bulk, and sells them to crafters, card makers and wedding stationers. Buying well is where our margin comes from, so this role matters.

What you'll do

Search online for 1st class stamp job lots that are priced below what they're worth, and send us a shortlist to review.

You'll be looking on eBay UK, online auction houses, estate and house-clearance sales, Facebook Marketplace and collector forums.

For each promising lot you'd send us:

The link
Asking price and postage cost
Estimated number of stamps
Price per stamp — the number that matters most
Condition: on paper, off paper, or mixed
What themes or countries appear to be included
Seller's feedback score and location
Auction end time, if it's an auction

What makes a lot worth flagging

Under 60p per stamp
At least 200]stamps
UK seller, or reasonable postage to the UK
Photos clear enough to judge condition
Bonus if it's themed — flowers, birds, royalty, animals, ships

You don't need to know anything about stamps to start. We'll teach you what to look for, and you'll get quick at spotting it.

What we're looking for

Genuinely good at online research — patient, thorough, spots the thing others scroll past
Comfortable with numbers and working out price per unit
Reliable weekly output rather than bursts
Good written English
Someone who checks before sending rather than padding the list

Hours and pay

Around 10 hours per week to start. Paid monthly via PayPal. Rate depends on experience.

One example — find any vintage stamp lot currently listed on eBay UK, send us the link, and work out the price per stamp
