JOB OVERVIEW

We are a UK cleaning company looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help us build targeted residential walking routes for door hanger distribution.

You will use Google Maps, Google My Maps, Zoopla, and spreadsheets to identify high-value residential houses in the UK based on strict criteria.

Your Responsibilities:

Research UK residential areas using Google Maps and Zoopla
Identify houses worth £300,000+
Confirm properties have 3+ bedrooms
Exclude bungalows, flats, apartments, and inaccessible gated communities
Use Google My Maps to create tight circular walking routes
Add and organize 100–130 qualifying houses per route
Label areas, polygons, and route markers correctly
Update spreadsheets with route name, area, and number of houses mapped
Follow our SOP exactly without skipping checks

Requirements:

Strong experience with Google Maps and Google My Maps
Good research skills and attention to detail
Able to verify properties carefully before adding them
Comfortable using spreadsheets
Able to follow detailed instructions
Bonus if you have experience with Zoopla, Rightmove, UK property research, or route planning
