JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled Roofing/Construction Estimator with strong Xactimate experience to join our team. This role requires the ability to accurately write estimates based solely on photos, so attention to detail and industry knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities:

Create accurate Xactimate estimates using photos, notes, and documentation provided

Identify roofing, exterior, and structural damages from images

Prepare professional, organized estimate files for internal review

Communicate clearly and meet deadlines

Maintain consistent quality and accuracy in all estimate submissions

Requirements:

Roofing or general construction experience (required)

Proficient in Xactimate (required)

Ability to write estimates based on photos alone

Strong understanding of residential roofing systems, materials, and typical repair scopes

Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Good English communication skills
