We’re looking for a full-time Roofing Virtual Assistant to support a US-based contracting business.
This role involves handling inbound customer calls, qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and supporting daily operations through CRM and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
• MUST have experience handling inbound calls (preferably US clients)
• MUST have at least 1 year of VA, customer service, or appointment setting experience
• MUST have excellent English communication skills (clear, confident, and professional)
• MUST be confident on the phone and able to handle customer concerns with empathy
• MUST have experience with CRM tools (GoHighLevel, Zoho, or similar)
• MUST have strong attention to detail and accuracy
• MUST be organized and able to manage multiple tasks/systems
• MUST be willing to work full-time with no other jobs
Qualifications and Skill Sets:
• Strong phone presence and customer service skills
• Ability to qualify leads and make decisions based on company criteria
• Experience with scheduling and calendar management
• Comfortable handling SMS/email communication via CRM tools
• Process-oriented and able to follow structured workflows
• Proactive and able to identify opportunities (e.g., follow-ups for unbooked leads)
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound calls and qualify leads (full replacement vs repair)
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and text
• Coordinate scheduling adjustments and reschedules
• Assist with job coordination and administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Conduct outbound follow-ups when needed
