JOB OVERVIEW

Frontier Roofing Co. is seeking a detail-oriented, consistent, and thorough CRM Manager & Estimator to support the daily operations of our growing roofing business. This role is critical to keeping our leads organized, estimates accurate, and projects moving smoothly through each phase.
You will work directly with the owner and be responsible for managing leads, creating roofing estimates, and ensuring our CRM stays clean, accurate, and up to date.

Primary Responsibilities
• Enter and manage new leads and customer information in AccuLynx
• Review and manage leads to ensure they are in the correct CRM milestones throughout the entire roofing project lifecycle
• Create roof measurements using Roofr or similar measuring tools
• Produce accurate roofing estimates using company templates in AccuLynx
• Maintain consistent follow-up and documentation inside the CRM
• Ensure estimates, notes, and job data are complete and accurate
• Coordinate internally to support smooth handoffs between sales, production, and billing.

Preferred Experience & Skills
• Prior experience creating roofing estimates
• Strong working knowledge of AccuLynx (or similar roofing CRM)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Organized, reliable, and consistent work habits
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks without constant supervision
• Strong written communication skills in English
