Tot Squad is a fast-growing parenting support startup on a mission to make life easier for new and expecting parents. We connect families with trusted experts—from sleep coaches and lactation consultants to car seat safety pros—through our online marketplace and partnerships with major retailers like Target.
We’re hiring two smart, proactive, long-term virtual assistants from the Philippines to support our founder, help scale our operations, and grow with our team. If you’re a self-starter who takes initiative, loves checklists, and has a heart for helping families, this might be your dream job.
This role is communication-heavy (both oral and written). All candidates must be fluent in English, with little to no accent, and confident in both written and verbal communication. If you’re the kind of person who picks up the phone without hesitation and writes polished

*** Schedule & Compensation
20 hours/week per VA (2 VAs cross-trained), or 40 hours/week for 1 highly experienced VA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT (12:00 AM – 8:00 AM PHT)
Candidates with prior U.S. graveyard shift experience will be prioritized
Pay: PHP 20,000–40,000/month depending on experience
Paid monthly via PayPal
Includes 6 paid U.S. holidays
Long-term growth potential and bonuses for excellent performance
*** What You’ll Do
Your daily tasks will include a mix of personal and professional responsibilities, such as:
Sending a morning priorities list and end-of-day recap
Booking/rescheduling appointments (doctors, dentists, travel, etc.)
Following up with vendors, insurance companies, and service providers
Paying bills and handling basic accounting
Triaging and responding to
Social media posting, comment moderation, PR and influencer outreach
Customer service support via
Reviewing Zoom transcripts and drafting follow-up
Tracking unanswered
Purchasing gifts, ordering holiday cards, and maintaining an address book
*** You’re a Great Fit If You…
Are fluent in spoken and written English, with excellent grammar and understanding of idioms/slang
Communicate clearly and frequently, and are comfortable on Zoom/video calls
Take full ownership of your work, with strong follow-through and attention to detail
Use time-tracking tools and provide honest, regular updates
Are extremely tech-savvy and a fast learner (ChatGPT experience is a bonus!)
Thrive in fast-paced, constantly evolving environments
Have the ability to place and receive U.S. calls during work hours and conference multiple callers
Are proficient with Gmail, Google Drive, LastPass, ToDoist, Zoom, Loom, Slack, and Canva
Stay on top of tasks and deadlines without needing reminders
Are excited to support a mission-driven, all-female startup team
Exercise discretion with personal vs. company-related tasks
Have a well-lit, quiet, dedicated home office with stable internet and a reliable computer
Are not responsible for childcare or other jobs during work hours; if hired full-time, this must be your only job
