Incrementum Digital is a leading Amazon marketing agency helping brands scale profitably on Amazon. We are growing and need an HR Specialist who can own talent recruitment, onboarding, and core HR responsibilities across the company. Your primary mission is to bring in world class Amazon marketing talent and ensure every new hire has a smooth and effective onboarding experience. You will work closely with the leadership team to improve hiring quality, strengthen our people systems, and support a high performance culture.
Key Responsibilities - Talent Recruitment:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer
- Build pipelines of Amazon advertising strategists, analysts, and operational roles
- Run outreach, screening, assessments, and reference checks
- Maintain updated job descriptions, scorecards, and hiring rubrics
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter to source and track candidates
- Track hiring metrics to improve speed and quality of hire
- Stay familiar with Amazon advertising roles and terminology
Key Responsibilities - Onboarding:
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for all new hires
- Ensure new employees complete training plans, access setup, and initial checklists
- Work with managers to create clear 30 60 90 onboarding plans
- Monitor early performance and flag risks or gaps
- Improve onboarding documentation and processes
Key Responsibilities - HR Operations:
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and documentation
- Support benefits administration and payroll coordination
- Assist with performance management cycles and feedback
- Help build SOPs and scalable HR processes
- Support culture and employee engagement initiatives

- Roles are consistently filled with high quality candidates
- Hiring managers trust the process and communication flow
- Strong understanding of Amazon strategist, analyst, and DSP specialist roles
- New hires feel supported and productive within their first 30 days
- HR systems become more organized and predictable
- Reduced turnover and better overall talent quality
Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition
- Hands on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is required
- Experience hiring for marketing, ecommerce, or Amazon advertising roles is strongly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and proactive with multiple hiring tracks
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, ClickUp, and Slack
- Able to work effectively in a fast moving environment
