You:
Track engagement rate, CTR, saves, shares, retention, DM volume
Optimize based on data — not vibes
Understand funnel psychology
Know how to build organic + paid synergy
Can turn content into booked calls and conversions
You don’t chase vanity metrics.

???? Skill Requirements
3+ years proven experience growing accounts
Experience scaling accounts from 0–10k+ followers
Deep understanding of short-form content strategy
Copywriting ability (hooks, CTAs, engagement bait done correctly)
Experience repurposing long-form into short-form
Basic video editing knowledge (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
Familiar with Meta Ads Manager (huge plus)
Bonus if you:
Understand direct response marketing
Have built content funnels before
Know how to script viral short-form videos
Understand community building & DM monetization
