???? Rockstar Real Estate Virtual Assistant (Inbound Calls + CRM + Sales Support)
Full-Time | Remote (Philippines) | US Hours Required
We are a high-performance real estate company based in Texas, USA, looking for a sharp, reliable, and driven Virtual Assistant to join our team.
This is not a basic VA role. You will be part of a fast-moving sales environment, working directly with agents and leadership, helping manage inbound opportunities and keeping our systems tight.
If you’ve worked inside a real estate team before and understand how deals actually move, keep reading.
???? What You’ll Be Doing
Answer inbound calls from buyers and sellers (US-based clients)
Qualify leads and route them properly to agents
Manage and update CRM (Follow Up Boss)
Work inside Slack daily with the team
Handle Zillow Premier Agent leads and communication
Maintain clean, accurate databases
Track conversations and ensure follow-up happens
Support agents so no opportunity falls through the cracks

Experience working with US real estate teams (REQUIRED)
Familiar with:
Follow Up Boss (FUB)
Slack
Zillow Premier Agent (Zillow Flex is a big plus)
Strong English communication (spoken and written)
Comfortable on the phone with American clients
Ability to work US hours (Central Time preferred)
Reliable, fast internet and a quiet workspace
