JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly creative and reliable Virtual Assistant to join our team. Your primary focus will be managing our real estate social media presence and fully producing (video and audio) our two podcasts. If you have an eye for real estate marketing and are a wizard in professional editing software, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
Real Estate Social Media Management:
Create, design, and schedule highly engaging social media posts tailored to the real estate market.
Write compelling captions that drive engagement and attract potential buyers/sellers.
Repurpose podcast content into short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) to grow our audience.

Podcast Production (Audio & Video):
Edit two regular podcasts, handling both the video and audio components.
Clean up audio (remove background noise, balance levels, add intros/outros).
Edit multi-cam or standard podcast video footage, add lower thirds, and create a polished final product for YouTube.

MANDATORY Requirements:
Advanced Editing Skills: You must have proven experience editing both high-quality video and audio.
Software Proficiency: You must be proficient in top-tier industry software. (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve for video; Adobe Audition, Logic, or ProTools for audio). CapCut alone is not sufficient for the main podcast edits.
Real Estate Experience: Previous experience creating content for the real estate industry is highly preferred.
Graphic Design: Strong skills in Canva or Adobe Photoshop for creating social media graphics and podcast thumbnails.
Tech Specs: A reliable, fast internet connection and an Apple computer capable of handling heavy video rendering.

Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
A self-starter who can meet deadlines without being micromanaged.
Someone with a strong portfolio showcasing both real estate social media graphics and long-form/short-form podcast editing.
