Rockstar Negotiator VA (Property Management Focus)
Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound negotiations with tenants, owners, and prospects

Manage rent collection, follow-ups, delinquency tracking, and payment resolutions

Generate and qualify leads through calls, texts, emails, and CRM pipelines

Coordinate and outsource vendors (maintenance, repairs, inspections) and follow up on completion

Maintain accurate records in property management systems and CRMs

Consistently hit and exceed quotas for collections, conversions, and response times

Track KPIs, metrics, and performance benchmarks and report results regularly

Work closely with Property Managers and Operations to resolve issues efficiently

Skill Requirements:

Strong background in property management (rent collection experience is a must)

Excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills

Proven track record of meeting quotas and acing performance metrics

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven

Comfortable handling high-volume calls and follow-ups

Strong vendor coordination and outsourcing experience

High-level English communication skills (verbal and written)

Resilient, competitive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
