ABOUT US

We are a fast growing US based brand focused on scaling through paid social, primarily Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Our target audience is US female consumers, and our growth is driven heavily by high performing creatives.

We are looking for a Rockstar Ads Creative Designer who understands what actually converts, not just what looks good.

If you know how to create scroll stopping ads, understand hooks, and can design creatives that perform well within Meta’s algorithm, this role is for you.

ROLE OVERVIEW

You will be responsible for creating high converting ad creatives for Meta platforms. This includes static images, carousels, and short form video ads.

This is a performance driven role. Your success will be measured by how well your creatives perform, not just how they look.

We are not looking for a traditional graphic designer. We are looking for someone who understands direct response marketing and ad psychology.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design high converting static and video ad creatives for Facebook and Instagram
• Develop multiple creative variations for A B testing
• Create strong hooks and visual concepts tailored to US female audiences
• Analyze winning ads and iterate based on performance data
• Collaborate with the team on creative strategy and testing angles
• Stay up to date with current Meta ad trends and formats
• Turn briefs into compelling, conversion focused creatives quickly

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 to 4 years experience creating Meta ad creatives
• Proven track record of ads that have performed well (high CTR, ROAS, or conversions)
• Strong understanding of direct response marketing principles
• Experience designing for US audiences, especially female demographics
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar
• Ability to create both static and video creatives
• Strong English comprehension for understanding briefs and messaging
• Fast turnaround time and ability to produce multiple creatives consistently
• Reliable internet and professional work setup

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We want someone who thinks like a marketer, not just a designer.

You should understand:
• Hooks and thumb stopping visuals
• Consumer psychology and buying triggers
• What makes an ad convert vs just look aesthetic
• How to iterate based on data, not guesswork

If you have worked with winning ads before and can show results, you will stand out immediately.
