We’re an Australian telemarketing company that partners with high-performing businesses across Australia. Our team specializes in generating qualified B2B appointments and building strong client relationships through professional outreach.
We’re looking for an experienced B2B Cold Caller who can confidently engage decision-makers, handle objections, and book quality appointments. This is a full-time role (no double jobs, please — we value focus and consistency).
Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound B2B calls to company decision-makers in Australia. Qualify leads and set appointments based on campaign requirements. Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in CRM. Follow scripts and objection-handling frameworks effectively. Deliver results aligned with daily and weekly KPIs.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of solid B2B cold calling experience (required — we won’t consider applicants without this).
Excellent English communication skills — clear, confident, and engaging.
Strong understanding of sales communication and lead qualification.
Comfortable working independently and meeting targets.
Stable internet connection and noise-free work environment.
Willing to work 6AM–3PM Manila Time (Australian shift).
Compensation & Growth: 550+ USD/month base depending on experience. Performance-based scaling and incentives available.
