About the Role
Are you a multi-talented professional who loves variety? Do you have an eye for design, a knack for sales, and the organizational skills to run operations?
Tifa-Life is looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team. We are not looking for a task-doer; we are looking for a proactive team player who can help manage our property portfolio, drive sales, and create stunning marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing & Design
* Create visually engaging presentations and pitch decks using PowerPoint.
* Design social media graphics, brochures, and marketing collateral using Canva.
* Ensure all materials align with the Tifa-Life brand identity.
2. Sales & Communication (Voice & Non-Voice)
* Outbound Sales: Conduct outreach to potential clients or leads with confidence and professionalism.
* Inbound Support: Answer incoming calls, handle inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
* Perfect English is non-negotiable: You must have a neutral accent and impeccable grammar (written and verbal).
3. Operations & Property Management
* Assist with the day-to-day management of properties (coordinating maintenance, tenant communication, scheduling).
* Streamline operational processes to ensure the business runs smoothly.
4. CRM Management
* Manage and update the Zoho database.
* Track leads, log calls, and ensure data accuracy.
Requirements
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, specifically in a role that combined admin, creativity, and voice tasks.
* English Proficiency: Native-level fluency in English (C1/C2 level preferred). You must be comfortable speaking on the phone with international clients.
* Tech Stack:
* Expert proficiency in Canva and PowerPoint.
* Solid experience with Zoho CRM.
* Familiarity with property management software is a huge plus.
* Soft Skills: High attention to detail, self-motivated, and able to work without constant supervision.
