JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a talented full-time 3D animator to create entertaining Roblox and Minecraft animations for YouTube videos and Shorts.

You will turn scripts and concepts into polished animated scenes featuring expressive characters, custom environments, cinematic camera work, lighting, and visual storytelling.

This is not a gameplay recording or video-editing position. We are specifically looking for someone experienced in character animation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Create high-quality Roblox and Minecraft character animations
Animate expressive body movements, reactions, action scenes, and interactions
Turn scripts, storyboards, and reference videos into finished animations
Create cinematic camera angles, movements, and scene transitions
Import and work with Roblox avatars, Minecraft skins, mobs, maps, and custom models
Set up environments, props, lighting, materials, and effects
Create animations for vertical YouTube Shorts and standard horizontal videos
Sync animations with dialogue, sound effects, and music
Render and deliver polished videos ready for YouTube
Complete multiple animations each week
Make revisions quickly based on feedback
Organize and deliver editable project files and reusable assets

REQUIREMENTS

Strong experience with Blender, or similar 3D animation software
Previous Roblox or Minecraft animation experience
Strong character animation and body-acting skills
Understanding of timing, pacing, composition, and visual storytelling
Experience with camera animation, lighting, rendering, and effects
Ability to recreate the quality and style of provided reference animations
Ability to import Roblox and Minecraft characters, maps, and assets
Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines
A computer capable of rendering 3D animations efficiently
Basic video editing and sound synchronization experience
Experience creating content for YouTube or kids’ entertainment is strongly preferred

Blender/Cinema 4D experience is preferred, but we will consider applicants using other software if their finished work matches the quality we need.
