JOB OVERVIEW

What you'll do

• Edit 30-60 -minute episodes recorded in Riverside
• Remove filler words (um, like, you know), long pauses, false starts and repeated takes
• Balance levels and audio between host and guest and reduce background noise
• Smooth transitions and blend intro/outro music and any ad or promo segments
• Keep the conversation natural, with no over-editing
• Deliver the final audio as [MP3/WAV] after initial podcast to complete max 5-6 days

What we're looking for

• podcast editing experience preferred, with samples we can listen to
• Strong ear for clean audio and smooth blends
• Riverside experience (a big plus)
• Clear communication and on-time delivery
• Comfortable taking feedback and revising

Budget
$60 per episode (fixed price). Please include your per-episode rate and turnaround time in your proposal.
