About us:
KP Architecture is a growing architecture firm located in Fort Myers, FL specializing in high-end custom residential projects.

The role:
We're looking for a skilled Revit draftsman who is equally strong at visualization. You'll take projects from design development through permit-ready construction documents, and you'll build the 3D models and photorealistic renderings we use to present designs to clients. This is a hands-on production role with real ownership over the quality of our drawing sets and presentation images.

What you'll do:
• Produce complete construction plan sets in Revit, including floor plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and site plans
• Build and maintain accurate, well-organized 3D Revit models
• Create photorealistic interior and exterior renderings for client presentations and marketing
• Incorporate redlines and coordinate structural, MEP, and other consultant drawings into the set
• Prepare drawings for permit submittal and respond to plan review comments
• Maintain office drafting standards, templates, and Revit families

What we're looking for:
• Experience producing construction documents in Revit
• Experience with AutoCAD and the ability to coordinate between AutoCAD and Revit
• A portfolio showing both full plan sets and photorealistic renderings
• Proficiency in rendering software such as [Enscape / Lumion / V-Ray / Twinmotion / D5 Render]
• Solid understanding of construction methods, detailing, and building codes
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines across multiple projects
• Clear communication and the ability to work independently
• Animation and walkthrough experience
