About Us
We manage a growing portfolio of short-term rental properties across multiple platforms. Guest experience and account health are critical to our business, and we are looking for a specialist who understands how to professionally dispute and remove reviews that violate platform policies.

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Review Removal and Reputation Management Specialist for the short-term rental (STR) industry. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, escalate, and dispute unfair or policy-violating guest reviews across platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com, without putting our listings or accounts at risk.

Key Responsibilities
Review guest feedback and identify reviews that violate platform policies
Prepare and submit professional, policy-based review removal requests
Communicate with platform support teams clearly and effectively
Communicate directly with guests and negotiate review revisions or removals
Track disputes, guest communications, and outcomes
Advise on best practices to reduce negative reviews and future risk
Work closely with operations and guest support teams when needed

Work Schedule
14 hours per day
6 days per week
Must be responsive during assigned hours and able to handle time-sensitive cases

Requirements
Proven experience with review disputes and removals in the STR or hospitality industry
Strong understanding of Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com review policies
Excellent written English and professional communication skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Ethical approach, no black-hat or risky methods
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Nice to Have
Background in guest experience, trust & safety, or account health
Familiarity with Hostaway or other PMS tools
