JOB OVERVIEW

Pay: Guaranteed P30,800 Base Pay + Performance Bonuses
Location: Remote work from Anywhere
Schedule: Monday-Friday, You choose your hours.

What is it:
American clients pay us to help them get remote jobs. We send 50-100 highly tailored job applications per day for each client.

We build a system that should facilitate you sending those applications as fast as possible while maintaining quality.

COMPENSATION:
What you're guaranteed every month:
?30,800 base monthly salary ($7/hour, 4 hours/day, 22 working days)

But the real goldmine is in the bonuses. We believe in rewarding our appliers based on performance.
Bonuses:

-P2,925 or $50 for being the top of the weekly leaderboard.
-P3,000 or $25 each time your client gets an interview
and
-P22,000 or $250 when your client gets a job offer that they accept.

On top of that experienced team members will manage multiple clients. Which can stack the pay significantly.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
Must have (we check these carefully):
Excellent English: Your writing must be perfect. Fluency is mandatory, no exceptions. No typos. No grammar errors. No awkward sentences.
Very strong attention to detail: You're the last person who checks before we submit. One wrong company name destroys that application. One missed typo wastes everyone's time.
Honest about your work style: Can you review 100 similar things every day and stay focused? Some people find this relaxing. Others get bored quickly. Be honest with yourself.
