JOB OVERVIEW

Part-time, ongoing. Starting target: US$3.50–$5.00/hour, depending on demonstrated experience and quality. Initial hours: 8–10 hours/week; increases require approval and demonstrated value.

ABOUT THE ROLE
I am a U.S.-based telecommunications/RF/wireless engineer seeking an experienced reverse recruiter to manage a broad, high-quality professional job search. Your work will uncover strong direct-fit opportunities and credible career pivots, tailor truthful ATS-aligned resumes, submit approved applications after hire, and maintain an accurate application pipeline. Research judgment and factual integrity matter more than application volume.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Search LinkedIn, Indeed, Google, employer career sites, and other reputable sources using Boolean/X-ray searches, synonyms, adjacent job families, competitor research, and company-site searches.
• Find non-obvious opportunities beyond titles containing “RF” or “telecommunications.” Read full job descriptions and distinguish required qualifications, preferred qualifications, learnable gaps, and fatal gaps.
• Search California first, credible U.S. remote roles next, and exceptional U.S. opportunities elsewhere. Prioritize approximately $150,000+ base salary or strong total compensation for the job seeker, while considering strategically valuable roles with compelling benefits, pension, growth, or pivot potential.
• Verify that postings are open and actionable. Use official employer application links whenever available; flag alternative sources for verification.
• Classify opportunities as Direct Fit, Adjacent Growth, Strategic Stretch, or Do Not Apply and explain the evidence behind each recommendation.
• After hire, present opportunities for approval, tailor supported resumes and requested cover letters/application answers, perform quality checks, and submit only approved applications.
• Work accurately with Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, iCIMS, SmartRecruiters, and similar systems.
• Maintain a centralized Google Sheets/Excel tracker, prevent duplicates, preserve resume versions, and log submissions the same day.
• Identify relevant recruiters or hiring managers for priority applications and prepare outreach drafts for approval. Track follow-ups and outcomes.

SEARCH AREAS
Telecommunications, public-safety communications, LMR, RF/wireless, spectrum/FCC, microwave, systems engineering, integration/validation, technical project/program management, solutions/customer engineering, field applications, utilities/energy, critical infrastructure, OT/industrial communications, satellite/space and defense communications, IoT/edge/sensing, wireless hardware and semiconductor systems, and credible network/data-center/cloud/AI infrastructure pivots. Discover additional job families through research. Do not imply unsupported specialist experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS
• Demonstrated U.S. professional job-search support, reverse recruiting, recruiting, sourcing, or career-services experience; engineering/technology experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong technical job-description reading, transferable-skills analysis, Boolean/X-ray research, and employer-site sourcing.
• Excellent written English and careful factual checking.
• ATS resume tailoring without inventing experience, credentials, technologies, metrics, responsibilities, or job titles.
• Application-system experience and disciplined Google Sheets/Excel tracking.
• Ability to work independently, explain recommendations, follow written approval rules, and maintain confidentiality.
Two or more years of relevant experience and examples of client interviews generated by your work are preferred. AI tools may support research and drafting, but all output must be verified and sensitive information must remain within approved tools.

SELECTION PROCESS
1. Application review and shortlist.
2. Shortlisted applicants complete a small, unpaid 3-opportunity competency screen, explaining why each opportunity fits. This is an assessment only; no applications, employer outreach, or account access are involved.
3. Only the top 2 finalists receive a paid 20-opportunity research trial. Trial payment terms and any time cap will be agreed in writing before work begins.
4. One specialist is selected for ongoing part-time work based on research quality, technical judgment, factual integrity, communication, tracking, and cost/availability.

The paid trial includes 8 Direct Fit, 6 Adjacent Growth, 3 Strategic Stretch, and 3 Do Not Apply opportunities with reasoned explanations. At least 6 of the 20 must be credible discoveries beyond simple “RF Engineer” or “Telecommunications Engineer” searches. No applications or employer outreach may be submitted during the trial.

For each trial opportunity, record company, title, location/remote status, advertised compensation, official job URL, posting date/age and deadline when available, classification, fit score with explanation, 3–5 supported matching qualifications, learnable versus fatal gaps, career value, and recommended action. Clearly mark unavailable information.

ACCURACY, ACCESS, AND PRIVACY
The provided Master Career Record is the factual source of truth. Every major resume claim must be traceable to it or separately approved information. Ask about ambiguous experience. Do not add unsupported keywords or automatically advertise total years of experience. Employer-facing positioning and any salary expectations require approval.

The operation uses one dedicated Gmail account owned by me. Trial candidates receive no Gmail or LinkedIn access. After hire, only controlled, explicitly approved access is granted. I retain ownership, recovery methods, and security controls. Do not change credentials, recovery details, forwarding, or permissions without authorization. LinkedIn work must follow the agreed access restrictions; any account access requires separate approval.

Keep resumes, career records, application answers, correspondence, and trackers confidential. Use them only for this assignment. Do not share with third parties, subcontract, upload to unapproved AI/services, or retain unnecessary copies. Never mass-apply, duplicate applications, fabricate claims, or act on unverified closed/stale postings. Escalate uncertain application answers for review.

PERFORMANCE AND CONTINUATION
Provide concise weekly reports covering qualified opportunities, approvals, accurate submissions, recruiter responses, screening calls, interviews, follow-ups, hours, and proposed search improvements. Evaluate interview conversion after sufficient application volume, alongside research quality and process accuracy. Raw application count alone is not a success measure.

Continuation depends on quality, reliability, truthful work, confidentiality, and compliance with approvals and budget. Repeated quality/process problems may lead to ending the engagement or replacement; fabrication, unauthorized applications, or security/privacy violations are grounds to end it. On departure, hand over current trackers, files, and outstanding actions; access will be revoked and personal copies of confidential material must be deleted. Approved work will be paid under the agreed terms.

HOW TO APPLY
Apply through OnlineJobs.ph. Start your response with SIGNAL FOUND and answer:
1. What experience do you have applying to U.S. professional jobs for another person, particularly technical/engineering roles?
2. How do you assess actual qualifications and separate transferable skills, learnable gaps, and fatal gaps?
3. Explain your Boolean/X-ray process and give an example of a non-obvious technical career pivot you identified.
4. Which ATS/application systems have you personally used?
5. How do you tailor resumes for ATS alignment without inventing experience?
6. How do you track applications, resume versions, contacts, follow-ups, and outcomes and prevent duplicates?
7. Describe client interview results from your work, without disclosing confidential client information.
8. What is your hourly rate, weekly availability, and usual working hours/time zone?
9. Approximately how much time does a well-researched, tailored application take you, including quality checks?
10. Confirm that you understand the unpaid 3-opportunity screen, paid 20-opportunity trial for only the top 2 finalists, and prohibition on applications and Gmail/LinkedIn access during the trial.
