About the Role

We are a UK-based B2B technology platform operating in a regulated professional services market.

The founder executes high-volume outbound (50–80 professional calls per day). The platform is growing rapidly and requires a disciplined revenue operations lead to ensure zero pipeline leakage.

This is not a virtual assistant role.

This is a precision operations role responsible for maintaining the integrity of a live outbound revenue engine.

You will operate as the control layer between founder activity and structured follow-up execution.

The Mission

Your responsibility is to ensure:

• No lead is lost
• Every call outcome is logged accurately
• Every next action is scheduled
• Every submission deadline is tracked
• Every urgent opportunity is surfaced before it expires
• Follow-ups are executed within minutes, not days

You are responsible for pipeline control.

Core Responsibilities

CRM Discipline and Pipeline Integrity
• Log 50–80 daily call outcomes accurately inside Attio (or similar CRM)
• Maintain strict stage definitions and required fields
• Track submission dates and trigger 48–72 hour deadline alerts
• Monitor stagnation rules and surface stalled opportunities
• Conduct daily CRM audits to prevent leakage

Real-Time Follow-Up Execution
• Send personalised follow-up emails within 15 minutes of call completion
• Trigger structured SMS follow-ups when required
• Prepare LinkedIn touchpoints based on call notes
• Maintain clean, professional written tone suitable for UK architects

Data and List Expansion
• Build and enrich B2B contact lists
• Validate and deduplicate data
• Segment contacts by geography and firm profile
• Maintain clean import workflows

Reporting and Insight
• Produce weekly pipeline summaries
• Track stage movement and velocity
• Identify leakage points and workflow inefficiencies
• Suggest automation improvements

Required Profile

• Strong experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio, Pipedrive or equivalent
• Comfortable designing and maintaining workflow triggers and automation rules
• Advanced written English suitable for UK professional audiences
• Highly structured thinker who enjoys systems and precision
• Comfortable operating under volume and daily activity

This role requires operational discipline and structured thinking. It is not a content creation or social media role.

Working Hours

Must overlap with UK business hours.
Approximately 4–5 hours daily between 9:00am–5:00pm UK time.
