Here's what you're signing up for:
Independent Contractor role, full-time.
Graveyard shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Time, which lines up with 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM for our US-based clients.
Saturdays and Sundays are yours. Always.
Fully remote — work from home, on your own setup.

What you'll actually do:
Build and own the cross-department reporting that gives Sales, Marketing, and Client Journey one shared view
Run the alignment process that keeps three departments moving in the same direction
Catch process gaps and broken handoffs early — before they become a quarter-end surprise
Report directly to the CEO and coordinate closely with each department lead
Work daily inside GoHighLevel (GHL), Yokly's CRM, plus the broader Sales/Marketing/CJ reporting stack

What we're looking for:
Master's degree required
At least 5 years of professional experience, including experience in Operations
A track record of building or owning cross-functional reporting and process systems
