Overview:
Frontline Nurse Staffing is seeking a Revenue Operations & Compliance Manager to oversee compliance, credentialing, payroll coordination, HR operations, and facility account management. This leadership role ensures operational excellence, revenue protection, and full Joint Commission readiness across all staffing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain Joint Commission compliance and audit readiness
Oversee clinician credentialing and onboarding systems
Manage payroll coordination, invoicing, AR, and margin tracking
Lead HR operations, clinician relations, and retention efforts
Manage and protect facility accounts while identifying growth opportunities
Qualifications:
Strong experience in healthcare staffing operations
Deep understanding of Joint Commission standards and credentialing
Proven ability to manage payroll, AR, and margin performance
Systems-oriented, detail-driven, and comfortable owning outcomes
Leadership mindset (not an administrative role)
