Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Revenue & Operations Assistant to help manage day-to-day operations and support key funding efforts.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, execution, and helping move important work forward. Your work will directly support fundraising, partnerships, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Funding & Revenue Support (Primary Focus)
• Research and organize grant opportunities (using tools like Instrumentl)
• Track deadlines and maintain a funding pipeline
• Assist with drafting grant applications using templates and AI tools
• Help manage donor and sponsor follow-ups
• Maintain organized lists of funding opportunities and contacts

2. Operations & Admin Support
• Manage inbox organization and prioritize important communications
• Handle scheduling and calendar coordination
• Update CRM (HighLevel) with contacts and activity
• Assist with tracking tasks, projects, and follow-ups
• Help organize documents, SOPs, and internal systems

3. Execution & Follow-Through
• Ensure tasks are completed on time
• Keep projects moving forward without constant oversight
• Communicate clearly and proactively about progress and blockers

What We’re Looking For:
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Strong written English
• Able to follow systems and improve them
• Proactive—doesn’t wait to be told what to do
• Comfortable using tools like Google Docs, spreadsheets, and AI (ChatGPT)

• Must be available during U.S. business hours overlap

Nice to Have:
• Experience with grant research or nonprofits
• Experience with CRM tools (HighLevel or similar)
• Experience supporting executives or teams

Hours & Compensation:
• 15–25 hours per week
• $5–$8/hour depending on experience and performance
