JOB OVERVIEW

Revenue Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented Revenue Manager with experience managing pricing and optimizing revenue for short-term rental properties.

Responsibilities
Manage and optimize pricing for Airbnb and other short-term rental properties.
Use Hospitable to monitor reservations, pricing, occupancy, and property performance.
Adjust nightly rates based on demand, seasonality, occupancy, local events, and market trends.
Monitor competitor pricing and identify opportunities to maximize revenue.
Review booking performance and make data-driven pricing recommendations.
Maintain accurate pricing and availability across properties.
Requirements
Previous experience in revenue management or short-term rental pricing.
Hands-on experience with Hospitable and Airbnb pricing.
Strong understanding of dynamic pricing, occupancy, and revenue optimization.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Communicative and responsive, with availability during PST business hours.
Able to work independently and consistently meet deadlines.
