JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing property management business based in Australia seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to join our team and take the lead in refining our pricing strategy.

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and implementing dynamic pricing strategies across our property portfolio. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on data, understands the nuances of supply and demand, and has an eye for maximizing occupancy without sacrificing rate.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and optimize occupancy vs. rate to ensure revenue maximization
Develop and maintain dynamic pricing strategies based on market trends, seasonality, and local demand
Monitor competitor rates, industry trends, and holiday/event periods in the Australian market
Collaborate closely with operations and marketing teams to align revenue goals
Handle sensitive business and financial data with discretion and professionalism

Qualifications:
Proven experience in revenue/yield management within the hotel, accommodation, or short-term rental industry
Strong understanding of occupancy vs. rate matrix and dynamic pricing models
Familiar with using PriceLabs
Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions
High level of integrity in handling confidential data
Willingness to be monitored via TimeDoctor (screenshots are taken randomly to track time and performance)
Deep knowledge of the Australian travel market, including peak holiday periods and regional demand trends is a plus

Work Schedule:
Your working schedule will be Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day. We’re flexible with the exact hours, but they must fall within Australian business hours – ideally between 9am to 6pm BNE time.
