We are looking for a senior-level Revenue Operations / GTM consultant to design, implement and support a structured, scalable outreach system inside HubSpot.
This is not a basic CRM setup project.
We want someone who can:
Design the outreach strategy
Architect the lifecycle and pipeline structure
Build the system inside HubSpot
Implement automation, sequences, routing, and reporting
Deliver documentation + training so our team can run it independently
You must be both strategic and hands-on.
Ideal Candidate
3+ years in RevOps / GTM operations
Deep HubSpot implementation experience
Built outbound sales systems before
Worked directly with sales teams
Strong understanding of lifecycle design and reporting
Experience aligning marketing and sales processes
You’ve worked with B2B companies
You’ve implemented outbound prospecting systems at scale
You hold HubSpot certifications

Junior HubSpot admins
Pure marketing automation specialists
Agencies focused only on campaign management
Template-based CRM setup
We want a systems thinker who understands revenue architecture.
