The Role
We’re looking for a contract-based Revenue Operations Analyst & Project Coordinator based in the Philippines to support our RevOps function. This is a high-impact role focused on managing internal tooling, triaging requests, streamlining processes, and driving forward projects that directly affect the performance and efficiency of our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams.

Responsibilities
- Triage GTM team system requests and provide basic troubleshooting (primarily in HubSpot)
- Maintain and manage Jira boards for the RevOps team, including sprint planning, inputs, and segmentation
- Support task prioritization and stakeholder coordination across RevOps initiatives
- Handle low-lift service requests to remove operational roadblocks
- Lead monthly QC with BDR leadership on incentive reporting
- Track tech stack contract timelines, cost data, and user counts
- Partner with Enablement to deliver weekly data-driven feedback to team leads
- Assist Process Optimization Lead in moving initiatives from sandbox to production
- Manage creation and delivery of monthly Rewards & Recognition programs
- Support Enablement and Sales on field-facing strategies and tooling
- Assist Data Science team with vendor data review workflows
- Maintain monthly leadership scorecard reporting
- Provision system access for new hires, including coordination of secondary
- Pre-automation QC support: partnership attribution and customer data ingestion (HubSpot ? AWS)
- General systems admin responsibilities to maintain RevOps infrastructure
Requirements
- Prior RevOps, SalesOps, or GTM operations experience
- Experience with project board management (Jira preferred)
- Strong written communication; must be responsive and clear in Slack-based collaboration
- HubSpot or CRM experience
- Intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets (Excel) and Slides
- Comfort working across time zones and distributed teams
- Familiarity with Apollo or SEM tools
- We’re looking for candidates who can offer 6+ hours of overlap with US working hours (8 AM ET – 6 PM PT). Flexible Scheduling is okay, but availability during US hours is preferred for real-time collaboration.
