We’re an established Shopify fashion store serving the UK market. We need an experienced specialist to handle returns/refunds, delivery issues, and chargebacks/disputes. This is not entry-level—UK experience is required.

Proven UK e-commerce experience, strong written English, confident problem-solver. Shopify/helpdesk experience is a plus.
