Retention Team Lead – Build & Lead a High-Performance Save Desk
We’re not looking for a supervisor who “keeps the lights on.”
We want a results-driven leader who can coach closers, refine playbooks, and hold the team accountable for turning refunds into revenue.
As Retention Team Lead, you’ll manage a squad of agents trained to win customers back. You’ll balance coaching and performance oversight with hands-on involvement—listening to calls, running calibration sessions, and making sure every save aligns with compliance and customer care.
What You’ll Do:
~ Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Retention Success Agents
~ Track daily/weekly KPIs: save rate, refund rate, AHT, QA compliance
~ Run role-plays and training refreshers to sharpen objection handling
~ Monitor live calls and tickets, providing real-time feedback
~ Collaborate with QA and Training to evolve scripts and offers
~ Report on performance and identify patterns to reduce refund risk
